San Jose, California - In an ongoing effort to provide advertisers with increased control and a simpler, unified interface, Google announced today an enhanced online campaign type that enables advertisers to manage both keyword-targeted ads and placement-targeted ads within one consolidated campaign. Advertisers can now combine keywords and placements in the same campaign to more precisely target where their ads appear on the Google content network and how much they pay for them. The content network is Google’s advertising distribution channel comprised of hundreds of thousands of high-quality websites, news pages and blogs that partner with Google to display targeted AdWords ads.

New York, New York - The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) today announced that Internet advertising revenues reached $5.8 billion for the first quarter of 2008. The 2008 first quarter revenues are an 18.2 percent increase over the same period in 2007, and represent the second highest quarter ever recorded, after Q4 2007’s $5.9 billion.

New York, New York - The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) today announced that Internet advertising revenues for 2007 are estimated to grow to $21.1 billion, a 25 percent increase over the previous revenue record of nearly $16.9 billion for full year 2006. Q4 2007 revenues totaled approximately $5.9 billion, making it the highest quarter ever reported and representing a 13 percent rise over the third quarter of 2007 and a 24 percent increase over the fourth quarter of 2006. All four quarters reported in 2007 include record level revenues.
